FACILITATOR TRAINING PROGRAM SELF ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE: OC Online Course

Name:

Date:

The purpose of this questionnaire is, first, to enable me as the trainer to understand to what extend we share a common vocabulary and how we understand the different terms used in constellation work. Second, your answers allow me to adapt the course material to build on the background knowledge you already have.

To complete the questionnaire, please do not consult books or make this a scholarly project. Just sit down and answer the questions to the best of your current ability. Take the first answers that come to you. I am not concerned about "right" or "wrong" answers, I want to know how you are using these terms and what perceptions and experiences you are bringing to the training. The questionnaire should take you about twenty to thirty minutes to fill out.

The answers you give should reflect your understanding of FAMILY constellation work.
