Organizational Constellations for Family Constellation Facilitators

Learn how to use the spatial, somatic, and relational cues and basic principles from family constellation work to understand the dynamics in corporations, organizations, and businesses.

If you are a family constellation facilitator and would like to work effectively and respectfully with clients who bring organizational issues or to be able to work with organizations, this program is for you. And, you can learn this art online without leaving home! This course is designed to build on your background in family constellation work and your knowledge of how to facilitate.

This five module online training covers what you need to begin working effectively with businesses, business people, and organizations.

This course combines:
• Interactive discussion sessions with the trainer
• Online discussion forum
• Limited learning group size so your questions receive attention from the trainer.
• Well structured course materials that make learning easy and effective, including:
online training exercises, selected readings, and online demonstrations.

You will learn:
• How to identify key differences between family and organizational constellation work
• How to work with the power structures and dynamics that affect your clients
• How agreements shape organizational life, including your agreements with your clients
• How to work with roles and relationships in the organizational context
• How you can address the special needs of Family Owned Businesses
• How to work within an organization
• How to use language to overcome resistance to constellations
